What you will do

• Plan and execute Japan-focused marketing activities aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Manage digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
• Own the Japanese-language website, including content updates, localization, SEO alignment, and coordination with global web teams.
• Localize global campaigns, content, and thought leadership for the Japanese market.
• Plan and deliver Japan-focused events, webinars, and industry engagements.
• Track campaign, website, and event performance and provide recommendations based on results.

Requirements

• Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, risk, compliance, or technology.
• Experience managing country-specific or local-market marketing within a global organization.
• Experience with website management and Japanese-language content localization.
• Expertise in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
