What you will do
- Partner with the GM on Masimo Japan’s five-year strategy and future business direction.
- Shape growth strategy, portfolio priorities, market development, and commercial transformation initiatives.
- Provide strategic marketing and market insight as a core member of the Japan Leadership Team.
- Translate business priorities into actionable marketing and commercial strategies.
- Align Sales, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Service, Finance, Operations, and regional or global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience in strategic marketing, upstream marketing, commercial strategy, market development, business unit leadership, portfolio management, or related leadership roles.
- Strong experience developing growth strategies, market strategies, business plans, or portfolio strategies in Japan.
- Experience serving as a strategic partner to a GM, Country Manager, Business Unit Head, or senior commercial leader.
- Strong understanding of upstream marketing, including market assessment, customer insights, opportunity sizing, segmentation, positioning, value proposition development, and portfolio prioritization.
- Experience leading or influencing mid- to long-term business planning, ideally including three- to five-year strategy development.
