ServiceNow ITOM Developer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Operational Intelligence.
• Build and maintain application, service, and CI dependency maps across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop event correlation, alert-management, automation, Flow Designer, and monitoring integrations.
• Work with MID Servers, infrastructure platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
• Develop JavaScript customizations, perform testing, troubleshoot production and performance issues, and support upgrades.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, documentation, and continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong practical ITOM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, MID Server, and Discovery Patterns.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and JavaScript, plus REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Understanding of Windows/Linux servers, databases, networks, applications, cloud platforms, event management, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Good written and spoken English and availability to work remotely from Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• CMDB, CSDM, and CMDB data-quality best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA, ITOM, or CAD certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
