ServiceNow ITOM Consultant (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Analyse business and technical requirements for IT Operations Management.
• Design ServiceNow ITOM solutions covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, operational visibility, and cloud operations.
• Define infrastructure discovery, CMDB population, service dependencies, event-management, and alert-management approaches.
• Specify integrations between ServiceNow ITOM, monitoring tools, infrastructure platforms, and cloud environments.
• Facilitate workshops with infrastructure, cloud, network, application, and operations stakeholders.
• Support functional specifications, user stories, solution validation, UAT, go-live, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of ServiceNow experience with significant ITOM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, CSDM, and cloud operations.
• Experience with Discovery architecture, MID Servers, credentials, discovery patterns, service dependencies, and event correlation.
• Understanding of infrastructure, applications, networks, databases, cloud environments, CMDB architecture, and CI relationships.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, external monitoring tools, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent English communication skills required. ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS-Discovery or ITOM-related certification is highly desirable.
