ServiceNow ITSM Developer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, Service Catalog items, record producers, and fulfilment processes.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Level, and CMDB-related functionality.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer workflows, approvals, notifications, and escalations.
• Build integrations with external IT tools and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, ServiceNow APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop reports, dashboards, technical documentation, and deployment procedures.
• Perform testing, troubleshoot defects and production incidents, participate in code reviews, and support upgrades and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong practical experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and request workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow APIs, update sets, application scopes, deployment practices, and platform architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, or ITIL certification.
• Knowledge of CMDB development and integrations.
