ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote in Canada, with the option to work from home or from an office in Montreal, Quebec

What you will do

• Participate in grooming sessions, clarify requirements, and document technical solutions.
• Estimate development effort and contribute to sprint planning.
• Develop, configure, and code ServiceNow solutions following best practices.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution in collaboration with QA.
• Deploy updates and manage ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years working with ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or AppEngine.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow portals and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent written and spoken French is required.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or MC.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices.
• Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, and CSS.
