Venture Manager (AdTech)

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site five days per week

Salary: €80K–€110K per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Launch strategic ventures from scratch and turn raw concepts into scalable revenue streams.
• Execute high-priority CEO missions through rapid testing, analysis, and data-based decisions.
• Manage strategic partnerships with major advertisers and oversee successful project delivery.
• Develop whitepapers, operational frameworks, and scaling methodologies with R&D leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops and execution sprints across departments.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations, taking initiatives from zero to one.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market trends and complex datasets.
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency with Design Thinking and Lean Startup frameworks.
• Interest or experience in solving ambiguous business challenges in the AdTech space.
• Availability to work on-site in Berlin five days per week.
