Security Partner for Oceania (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and lead advanced information security capabilities across security engineering, security architecture, forensics, threat analysis, threat hunting, and penetration testing.
• Manage the development, deployment, and execution of enterprise security controls and defenses.
• Review security controls, architecture, investigation reports, and gap analyses to reduce enterprise risk and improve security posture.
• Act as an escalation point and decision-maker for major security incidents, including containment, mitigation, and protection activities.
• Direct cyber security research and develop advanced threat detection techniques with internal and external experts.
• Organize high-profile hacking scenarios, maintain security documentation, and communicate control frameworks and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Information Security or Computer Science is preferred, though other majors may be considered.
• Typically at least 10 years of related professional experience.
• At least 5–6 years of experience in a managerial position.
• One or more certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, PCI-QSA, PA-QSA, PCIP, CRISC, CGEIT, CFCE, CCTA, or CCE.
• Ability to evaluate security controls, manage information security risks, and guide enterprise security decisions.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience at hirify.global or in the payments or technology industry.
