What you will do

• Provide independent second-line oversight, challenge and advice across technology risk and data risk governance.
• Review risk assessments, control effectiveness, incidents, issues and remediation activities.
• Advise business, technology and risk stakeholders on compliance with hirify.global policies, regulatory requirements and APRA standards.
• Conduct deep dives, thematic reviews and assurance activities to evaluate key controls and risk management practices.
• Monitor cyber, technology, AI-related and other emerghirify.global risks, industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Support transformation initiatives and operational resilience programs while promothirify.global a strong risk culture.

Requirements

• Experience in technology risk, information security risk, operational risk, compliance, audit or a related discipline within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards CPS 220, CPS 230 and CPS 234.
• Understandhirify.global of operational resilience, third-party risk management, technology, cybersecurity and data management risks.
• Experience providhirify.global independent challenge and influenchirify.global senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Tertiary qualification in commerce, technology, finance, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC or equivalent.
• Experience with emerghirify.global technology risks and strategic transformation initiatives.
