Transformation Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Execute customer migrations from legacy environments to modern Palo Alto Networks security platforms.
• Own policy mappings, data retention settings, API configuration, and log-ingestion validation against standard designs.
• Lead practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops covering platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic AI, and automated playbooks.
• Run structured value-realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders and demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency.
• Drive customer transition projects through technical delivery, operational adoption, and formal project sign-off.

Requirements

• Professional-level technical experience in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, Strata, or comparable competitive migration projects.
• Strong background in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, REST APIs, bulk policy configuration, and data modeling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and experience leading technical workshops with executive stakeholders.
• Experience developing reusable automation playbooks and technical documentation.
