Enterprise Systems Engineer (SecOps) - Sydney/Melbourne

What you will do

• Serve as the technical authority and subject matter expert for hirify.global Security Operations solutions, including FortiSIEM, FortiSOAR, FortiEDR, and FortiRecon.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, executive presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical assessments for strategic enterprise customers.
• Design security architectures aligned with customer requirements and advise CISOs, SOC teams, security architects, and security operations teams.
• Support systems engineers and account managers throughout qualification, opportunity development, RFI/RFP responses, and competitive positioning.
• Mentor field systems engineers, develop technical enablement assets, and support certification and skills development.
• Enable strategic partners and MSSPs to build managed security and SOC services on the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in network security or application security.
• Experience with large enterprise accounts, lab setup, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Expert knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat intelligence, security analytics, incident response, SOC operations, MITRE ATT&CK, detection engineering, and threat hunting.
• Strong understanding of network, endpoint, cloud, identity, and operational technology security, as well as security architecture frameworks.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, customer-facing presentation, consultative selling, competitive positioning, and stakeholder management skills.
