Transformation Programs Advisor - ANZ (Cybersecurity)

Location: North Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, or Melbourne, Australia. Most teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when needed.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise accounts across the ANZ region on complex cybersecurity migration and modernization programs.
• Develop migration blueprints, cutover plans, and integration strategies for SaaS onboarding with minimal operational impact.
• Establish program milestones, maintain RAID risk logs, and coordinate Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and partner teams.
• Conduct TCO, ROI, and Time-to-Value analysis and build value dashboards.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews with C-level stakeholders to demonstrate business impact and support renewals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales consulting, technical program delivery, enterprise security architecture, or SaaS migration management.
• Strong expertise in identity security, Privileged Access Management, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud security architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise-grade programs using structured delivery frameworks.
• Expertise in ROI/TCO modeling, customer success management, consultative selling, presentations, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Applicants must be able to work from an approved Australian location; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
