TL;DR
Database Support Analyst 2 (SQL/Data Analytics): Monitoring, processing, validating, and reporting on supplier store and prescription data for healthcare data offerings with an accent on data quality, production readiness, and analytical accuracy. Focus on conducting warehouse quality checks, managing batch and imputation processes, investigating production issues, and meeting reporting timelines.
Location: Taguig City, Philippines; night shift required

What you will do
- Monitor, process, and validate supplier store and prescription data on a daily and weekly basis.
- Support prescription analysis and quality testing projects before data is loaded into production.
- Conduct quality checks across data warehouses and tools supporting Prescriber and Patient offerings, including IDW, TDW, NDW, UDA, LRx, and Mainframe.
- Manage store monitoring, batch processing, imputation, evaluation maintenance, and store and supplier overrides.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analysis reports and documentation while meeting delivery timelines.
- Provide feedback on production issues and comply with quality and information security processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of data analytics; a statistical or mathematics background is preferred.
- Basic SQL skills and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, meet goals on time, and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work the night shift.

- Proficiency in SAS.
