People Business Partner - Part-Time

Location: In-office role in Crewe, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on performance management, remuneration, talent development, and employee experience.
• Lead change management initiatives and support smooth organisational transitions.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Develop training programmes and coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Improve HR policies, processes, employee engagement, and organisational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related field, including business partnering.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and implementing HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools, with expertise in change and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification.
• Experience in talent management and organisational development.
