Salary: $275,000 - $370,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze user behavior data to provide deep insights into safety and security concerns.
• Define core success metrics, set goals, and develop actionable reporting and forecasts.
• Identify and size opportunities to improve the product, influencing the product roadmap.
• Develop hypotheses, design controlled experiments, and analyze results to drive product changes.
• Establish foundational data best practices to build a scalable data-driven culture from the ground up.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong ability to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative to create clarity.
• Experience turning complex data into concise and insightful analysis.
• Highly effective written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles, preferably in infrastructure or operations.
• 3+ years of experience deeply embedded within Product teams.
• Experience working on safety, anti-abuse, or integrity-shaped problems.
