Data Scientist (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid — Eagan, MN; must travel to the Eagan site at least 3 days per week. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).

Salary: $106,000 – $145,750 (base plus variable incentive pay, if eligible)

• Develop machine learning and statistical models on chemical, materials, and experimental datasets for formulation design, process optimization, and performance prediction
• Integrate experimental and simulation-generated data to improve scientific understanding and decision making
• Design and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and analytical tools for reproducible scientific analyses
• Collaborate with R&D and business teams to frame scientific questions and develop modeling strategies
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Computational Chemistry, Data Science, or related STEM field; OR M.S. in Data Science plus relevant bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience; OR bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience; OR high school diploma and 10 years of experience in data science/modeling/informatics
• Experience developing statistical, ML, or predictive modeling solutions in Python with modern scientific computing libraries
• Strong foundation in chemistry or materials science disciplines
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory
• Travel: up to 10% domestic/international

• Experience deploying machine learning solutions in a healthcare R&D environment
