Senior Project Manager MEP (Data Centers)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do

• Lead onsite data center project activities, assess progress, and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultant, and contractor teams, including schedules and partner engagement.
• Identify project issues proactively and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Implement and monitor project processes, procedures, and improvements.
• Lead and attend progress meetings, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in a data center environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification, or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and project teams.
