Field Project Engineer (Gas Turbines)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Plan, organize, integrate, and manage complex gas turbine projects.
• Oversee project processes, procedures, deliverables, and methodologies.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
• Prepare and present project-level reports for upper management.
• Coordinate technical and administrative resources, project reviews, and stakeholder communication.
• Gather, analyze, and verify project data, including cost-benefit analyses and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in project management, process management, analytical thinking, effective communication, and data gathering and reporting.
• Ability to plan, estimate, staff, organize, monitor, and control significant projects.
• Ability to identify risks, develop contingency plans, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, peers, and project stakeholders.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
