TL;DR
Sr Engineer, Project (Medical Technology): Managing interconnect projects and initiatives for electromechanical medical technology products in an onsite project department with an accent on project planning, cross-functional coordination, and new product introduction. Focus on developing project budgets and timelines, coordinating engineering and manufacturing resources, and monitoring project risks and milestones.
Location: On-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia; local and international travel required with a valid driver's license.

What you will do
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for interconnect projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to support timely project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, planning, production, and purchasing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project status reports covering milestones, risks, and potential issues.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with GDP and GMP requirements; ISO 13485 experience is preferred.
- Experience in project planning and project management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- Experience with new product introduction for electromechanical products.
- Ability to work in an office-based environment involving extended sitting, standing, walking, and daily computer or device use.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally and perform essential duties for extended periods.

- Experience with modern manufacturing principles and techniques.
