Project Manager MEP (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor field activities, information flow, progress, quality, safety, and emerging issues.
• Coordinate client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging, schedules, partner engagement, and handover documentation.
• Lead onsite progress monitoring and promote safe work practices.
• Lead key meetings, communicate project impacts, and collaborate on issue resolution.
• Review proposed variations and delays and implement project procedures and process improvements.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in MEP and construction project management.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate in a team environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
