Site Manager (EPC Project Renewable Gas)

Location: Bolzano, Italy

Salary: €40,000 gross per year minimum

What you will do

• Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation disciplines.
• Coordinate site personnel and subcontractors, plan installation activities, and monitor project schedules and costs.
• Verify delivered materials, documentation, storage, and preservation in coordination with logistics.
• Act as the responsible person for site safety and report safety performance and issues to management.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical specialists, and technical departments to finalize site requirements and coordinate quality control.
• Prepare regular construction discipline progress reports.

Requirements

• Mechanical or electrical diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Experience coordinating contracts and subcontractors.
• Experience overseeing the completion of mechanical BOP and electrical activities from a site technical office role.
• Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations.
• Fluent English required.
