Electric Product Engineering (Electrification)

Location: Frosinone, Italy; onsite role

Minimum annual salary: €36,000 plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment, cycle times, and materials to support quality, efficiency, cost, safety, and production targets.
• Define working-phase sequences for new production processes within product-cost and equipment-investment targets.
• Lead product lifecycle projects after sales release, coordinating multi-location and cross-functional teams, resources, schedules, costs, and milestones.
• Manage product changes and customizations through the hirify.global gate model, working with agile teams, operations, sales, business units, and external resources.
• Manage change requests, risks, dependencies, customer expectations, and project deliverables.
• Transfer new products from development to operations with drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, spare-parts lists, and product manuals.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience with industrialization processes in the electrification market.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and professional communication skills.
