What you will do

• Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related operational tasks.
• Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order allocation strategies.
• Monitor outbound processes, resolve customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
• Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Organize operational training, enforce safety standards, and prevent workplace risks.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory management, order fulfillment, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin, Germany for the full-time role.
• Ability to manage outbound warehouse teams and allocate operational tasks.
• Ability to monitor picking, packing, and parcel handover processes.
• Capability to analyze operational data and identify process improvements.
• Ability to train staff and enforce safety and standardized work procedures.
