Operations Excellence Senior Manager

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the Operations tools, automation, and process-governance roadmap.
• Own performance, adoption, efficiency, compliance, service quality, and cost-saving outcomes for Operations tools and processes.
• Partner with Tech to automate manual workflows and act as the Operations-side Product Owner for internal tooling.
• Design and maintain standardized SOPs across geographies and verticals while aligning local policies with group standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, change rollouts, adoption tracking, and executive reporting.
• Manage team performance, coaching, resource allocation, budgets, vendors, and investment recommendations.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in operations, process excellence, or business transformation; last-mile delivery or on-demand marketplace experience is preferred.
• Proven people-management experience and a track record of leading end-to-end automation projects at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, process mapping, and technical or data requirements scoping.
• Ability to analyze operational data, validate technical solutions, and develop prototypes when required.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau and workflow automation platforms.
• Fluent Greek and English are required.
