Location: Remote, with the role supporting teams in Barcelona, Spain; Cluj-Napoca, Romania; and Thessaloniki, Greece. The position coordinates employees working onsite at client premises.

What you will do
- Coordinate localization QA testing efforts, project schedules, resources, and workloads across multiple labs and language groups.
- Act as the liaison between clients, project managers, producers, recruiters, HR, and onsite testers or reviewers.
- Manage candidate tryouts, onsite onboarding, account setup, credentials, and employee orientation.
- Train, coach, and guide testers and reviewers on technical, linguistic, and operational procedures.
- Track attendance, schedules, performance, workload, feedback, and team issues while maintaining training materials and operating guidelines.
- Report on onsite activities, team performance, client feedback, staffing needs, policy changes, and employee safety concerns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in QA, localization, or globalization.
- People management experience, including training and presenting to groups of 10–100 people.
- Excellent written and spoken English and bilingual communication ability.
- Knowledge of OS X, iOS, iWork, iCloud, iTunes, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization, judgment, conflict management, mediation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in language, linguistics, HR, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
