Localization Project Manager (Legal)

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Plan, scope, and validate requirements for client localization projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and external suppliers to resource and deliver projects.
• Create schedules, monitor delivery, manage budgets, and control project costs and margins.
• Lead risk analysis, contingency planning, corrective actions, and issue resolution.
• Report project scope, financials, progress, and status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain finance systems, documentation, and knowledge management while identifying delivery and profitability improvements.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Knowledge of the translation or localization industry and its technology, processes, and trends.
• Experience with CAT tools and financial management, including budget-versus-actual tracking.
• Customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams and manage multiple deadline-driven priorities.
• English CV required; strong written and verbal English communication is necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience in the translation or localization industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to train a Project Coordinator on projects and processes.
