Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation

Location: Marousi, Greece; hybrid/remote work model available.

What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, innovation, digital product, proof-of-concept, pilot, and business transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts; translate operational and commercial challenges into practical AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.
• Validate outputs, gather user feedback, iterate on solutions, and move successful concepts toward scalable implementation.
• Manage project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risks, success measures, dependencies, and adoption plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners across multiple functions and geographies.
• Identify high-value opportunities and support the Business Assurance AI roadmap across customer experience, operational efficiency, auditor experience, customised audit, and data analytics.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field.
• Proven delivery of technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications.
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to connect business needs and technical delivery.
• Fluent English and the local language required. Experience in global matrix organisations and the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
• Agile project delivery experience.
• Spanish language skills.
