Fixed Access Engineering Project Manager (Fiber Optic)

Location: Hybrid in Chalandri–Athens, Greece; includes the option to work up to 20 days from abroad.

What you will do

• Prepare, monitor, and report OPEX and CAPEX budgets for fixed access projects.
• Track expenditure, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Build project organizational models, plan resources, and manage timelines and deliverables for FTTx and xDSL projects.
• Participate in technical reviews, design IP strategies, and perform capacity planning and dimensioning for access and aggregation networks.
• Plan and oversee the acceptance and delivery of active equipment and new services.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement, RFP activities, risk management, change management, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong ownership of end-to-end project delivery in line with company regulations and performance indicators.
• Analytical and numerical thinking with the ability to connect information and drive results.
• Experience in networking and certifications in access and IP are advantageous.
