Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor MOSFET)

Semiconductor manufacturing organization developing and producing Small Signal MOSFET products in a multicultural, international environment.

What you will do

• Model and report production capacity for ssMOS products, with a focus on back-end operations.
• Coordinate with back-end technology and operations teams on capacity planning and product execution.
• Support strategic planning for capacity and capital expenditure based on long-term product and industrial roadmaps.
• Identify tool and material bottlenecks at package level and align mitigation plans to prevent supply shortages.
• Support yield engineering with material disposition across front-end, mid-end, and back-end operations.
• Identify capacity and yield improvements and represent industrial engineering in cross-functional task forces.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical positions, preferably involving MOSFETs.
• Knowledge of semiconductor back-end capacity modeling, including assembly tools and materials.
• Knowledge of wafer and final-test yield data analysis and semiconductor mid-end and back-end technologies.
• Expert-level data management skills using Microsoft Excel, SAP, O9, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convert large datasets into actionable information.
• Fluent written and spoken English required; German knowledge is an advantage.
