Technical Program Manager (Data)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST)

What you will do

• Lead Agile delivery for cross-functional data platform and data engineering teams.
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other core Scrum ceremonies.
• Own end-to-end program management for complex, multi-quarter data engineering initiatives.
• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and shifting business priorities.
• Maintain Jira backlogs, dashboards, executive summaries, and asynchronous delivery updates.
• Align Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, leadership, and technical contributors around shared outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Lead in an enterprise or technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Working knowledge of data engineering, data platforms, and the software development life cycle.
• Ability to read and interpret code at a foundational level and understand data flows and BI reporting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage milestones, blockers, and complex programs.
• Ability and willingness to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Nice to have

• Experience building communications plans for enterprise initiatives and programs.
• Background in organizational change, data platform adoption, or modern engineering operating models.
• Stable tenure at previous organizations.
