Intern (AI/Data Infrastructure)

Location: Windsor, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the Windsor office at least three times per week

What you will do

• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales queries from partners.
• Research and resolve technical questions with support from internal teams.
• Support partners and internal engineers throughout the quoting process.
• Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and best-practice guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and operational efficiency.
• Learn new technologies and apply them to partner and customer needs.

Requirements

• School leaver or university graduate with a background in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in sales, technology, AI, and how organisations enable effective teamwork.
• Comfort working with data, presentations, collaboration tools, and digital content platforms.
• Availability to attend the Windsor office at least three times per week.
