Manufacturing Engineer

Location: On-site in Cynthiana, Kentucky, United States. Occasional nights and weekends may be required. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $81,983–$100,202 expected compensation range, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Identify and implement improvements that increase safety, quality, service, and productivity.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and reduce downtime.
• Lead process, equipment, capital, and continuous improvement projects from concept through execution.
• Support manufacturing operations through EHS activities, Management of Change, OEE analysis, and performance improvement.
• Investigate defects and process variation using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods.
• Create process standards and operational documentation while communicating project priorities, timelines, and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline, completed and verified before starting.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly with process equipment, is beneficial.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, managing capital planning and budgets, and delivering projects is beneficial.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methods is beneficial.
• Experience with Excel, Minitab, SQL, and PowerPoint is beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

• Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, and PLC programming.
