Focus on troubleshooting complex plant systems, implementing root-cause corrective actions, supporting capital projects and commissioning, and optimizing maintenance and energy performance.

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership for electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across the manufacturing facility.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, instrumentation, PLC, HMI, drive, and process-control issues to maintain operational continuity.
- Support preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs for motors, MCCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
- Manage calibration activities and maintain electrical documentation, control records, instrumentation databases, and P&IDs.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning, startups, safety improvements, energy optimization, and manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in food, food ingredients, chemical, or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, automation technologies, drives, and process control systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, calibration programs, commissioning, reliability practices, and technical improvement projects.
- Understanding of electrical standards, industrial safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills required.

- Experience with advanced automation platforms, process control systems, and manufacturing digitalization.
- Experience leading reliability projects that reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
- Knowledge of energy optimization, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
