Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On site in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico. Global relocation and LTA support are not available for this position.

What you will do

• Lead the factory Maintenance team and manage initiatives for equipment, production lines, technical infrastructure, and facilities.
• Define and manage the annual maintenance budget, monitor costs, and optimize resource use.
• Establish maintenance policies, processes, and lifecycle management procedures for new and existing equipment.
• Develop maintenance plans for new production lines and improve reliability, maintenance practices, and equipment safety with Engineering.
• Ensure machinery, plant services, and building infrastructure remain in optimal operating condition for production.
• Track MTBF and MTTR KPIs to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in machinery, equipment, plant services, and building infrastructure within the metal-mechanical industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engineering maintenance principles.
• Understanding of reliability strategies, operational excellence, financial management, and lifecycle management.
• Proven team leadership experience and strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
