What you will do

  • Lead corrective maintenance for plant systems.
  • Administer maintenance personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop subordinates and train direct hourly employees.
  • Maintain optimal inventories of equipment spare parts.
  • Manage tooling release and receipt of spare parts for equipment and tools.
  • Support EOS audits and implement occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work onsite in Frontera, Coahuila, Mexico.
