Key Account Manager - Shell Card

What you will do

• Manage and grow a national portfolio of enterprise and fleet customers across the Shell Card business.
• Build strategic customer relationships and deliver long-term customer value.
• Drive commercial growth across fuel, convenience, and associated services.
• Manage account performance through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement.
• Negotiate contracts and work with tenders and large customer agreements.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to support retention and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, sales, or a commercial role.
• Experience managing enterprise or fleet customer accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience working with tenders and large customer agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities while building and maintaining customer relationships.
