Rental Sales Agent

Location: Brisbane Airport, Queensland, Australia. Onsite role with a rotating roster from 6:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

Salary: From AUD 31.11 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings and uncapped sales bonuses.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for rental customers and provide professional sales and service.
• Process rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries.
• Tailor rental offers using the available products and vehicle fleet.
• Manage bookings and customer data through company technology platforms.
• Follow premium service standards, compliance requirements, and operating protocols.

Requirements

• Strong sales orientation and customer service skills.
• Clear communication, teamwork, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy with strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and integrity.
• Availability for rotating shifts from 6:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
• A provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia are required.
• Successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check.
