Senior Product Validation Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product validation test plans focused on reliability, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct real-world field testing across land, air, and sea environments.
• Collect, analyze, and report test data to identify performance gaps and recommend product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
• Maintain validation reports, field test procedures, and other technical documentation.
• Support test automation and develop new testing tools and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience testing hardware and software-based systems, ideally in navigation, robotics, autonomous systems, or a defense environment.
• Experience with defense standards.
• Understanding of GNSS, inertial navigation, sensor fusion, and positioning systems.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and data analysis tools such as Python or MATLAB.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, plus a valid driver’s license.
