System Integration and Validation Lead (Robotics)

Location: Tullamarine, Victoria, and Perth, Australia. Travel to hirify.global offices, proving grounds, and customer sites is required for up to 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead validation planning, test asset development, collaboration, and execution across the MineStar underground product lifecycle.
• Prepare validation requirements, test concepts, validation plans, and documentation for program gate reviews.
• Represent validation engineering across product definition, conceptual and detailed design, build, and test and evaluation activities.
• Coordinate test teams, engineering development, and product support to manage issues, prioritise work, and communicate risks.
• Support testing at proving grounds and customer locations, including product demonstrations for customers, dealers, and mining solutions teams.
• Maintain focus on product quality, customer value, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited technical engineering or computer science program is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a validation lead developing complex systems using systems engineering methodologies.
• Experience validating complex hardware and software systems in challenging operational environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, networking, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience with documentation and revision control tools such as Git or wikis.
• Experience with test and evaluation toolsets for definition, planning, and reporting.
