Senior Analyst, Search Engine Marketing

Salary: $66,300–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google AdWords, Yahoo!, Bing, other search engines, and bid management platforms.
• Develop bidding strategies and manage keywords to achieve acquisition goals and efficiency targets.
• Prepare recurring client performance reports and identify and troubleshoot data anomalies.
• Support test design roadmaps, quarterly planning, forecasting, and new business opportunity development.
• Lead parts of weekly client reporting calls, presenting metrics, goal attainment, and optimization opportunities.
• Support manager-level stakeholders and above on forecasting and new business initiatives.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of directly related Search Engine Marketing experience.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to connect strategic thinking with tactical objectives and solve problems independently.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to guide and manage team members by leading by example.
