Production and Control Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Respond to part-status inquiries and provide updates on material availability, inventory status, shortages, and open orders.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in part-status and inventory records.
• Coordinate and execute Quality Notification implementation with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Perform SAP transactions for material movements, goods receipts, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Place project materials into On-Hand inventory status and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate material, inventory, and production status with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP MIGO transactions.
• Familiarity with Quality Notification processes.
