What you will do
- Support demand forecasting, production planning, scheduling, delivery commitments, and capacity planning.
- Analyze inventory, production, forecast accuracy, and planning performance data.
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain ERP and planning systems, including planning parameters and MRP-related information.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning & Fulfillment, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience working with large datasets, reports, and dashboards.
- Interest in supply chain, production planning, forecasting, manufacturing operations, or business process improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, automation tools, or AI-assisted productivity solutions.
