Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan and control high-complexity, multi-line manufacturing schedules while considering business demand, manufacturing constraints, and material availability.
• Own tool configuration and slotting, including NPMA approval and allocation.
• Design efficient manufacturing lines and improve responsiveness, inventory levels, linear workload, and line KPIs such as OTD, EOP, CT, and SOE.
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment and manage training-period allocation.
• Plan field support activities, determine required manufacturing capacity, and manage retrofit projects.
• Coordinate home tools support, R&D needs, and option build plan cycles.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to daily work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Availability to work in Singapore.
