Senior Hardware Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with an option to work hybrid from a commutable distance of the Salem, Oregon; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or Fremont, California offices. Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Anticipated base salary: $122,000–$190,000 USD annually, depending on market location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People team to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Improve recruiting processes, documentation, efficiency, and scalability while collaborating with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including 2+ years in-house.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably hardware engineering.
• Strong sourcing, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and work with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and accurate recruiting data management.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience; current authorization to work in the United States is required.
