Technician 3, Process (AI Manufacturing)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite work in a cleanroom environment with required 12-hour day and night shift cycles

What you will do

• Run characterization and evaluation samples on sputter machines according to engineer-prepared experiment plans.
• Set up production lines, complete KPIV buyoff and validation, and report abnormalities while taking corrective action.
• Check and validate process readback parameters, including voltage, current, and gas pressure.
• Perform magnetic and interface measurements, compile results in Excel, and adjust processes to reach target values.
• Monitor and troubleshoot machine alarms, support preventive maintenance, and perform routine equipment checks.
• Maintain sample housekeeping and support EHS, IMS, 6S, RBA, and other company activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in an engineering or science discipline.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts on day and night cycles.
• Ability to interpret control charts and analyze process trends.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work with minimal supervision.
