Technical Content Producer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Create case studies, product one-sheets, product explainers, competitive materials, and sales enablement content.
• Adapt core assets for email, social media, websites, and sales decks.
• Produce short-form video and multimedia content, including light design and video editing.
• Develop expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, MSP technology, and hirify.global’s product workflows to explain complex capabilities clearly.
• Manage asset naming, versioning, folder structures, and content pipelines so teams can find current materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community, RevOps, and external agencies to align content with commercial goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of content production experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, channel, or MSP environments.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical subjects into clear, direct copy.
• Ability to learn complex cybersecurity, BCDR, and MSP technology domains quickly.
• Experience handling light design and video editing independently.
• Strong organizational skills covering asset management, file versioning, and folder structures.
• Portfolio examples of technical content, product collateral, or multimedia projects are encouraged.

• Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery.
• B2B, SaaS, channel, or MSP experience.
