Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, motor control, and process equipment.
• Service transmitters, analyzers, valves, motors, variable frequency drives, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, UPS systems, security systems, and related equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance for process safety, ISO, environmental, and critical instruments.
• Manage prioritized work orders, record time in SAP, and purchase repair materials through SRM.
• Support project installations, instrument specification reviews, calibrations, loop checks, startups, and as-built drawing updates.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow JSA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and site safety procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in instrumentation, electronics, or electrical studies.
• At least 3 years of field experience in electrical and instrumentation work.
• Working knowledge of process instrumentation and motor controls maintenance.
• Strong people skills, customer focus, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, or shifts and respond to non-routine callouts.
