Senior Manager, POLO Service Leader (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead the team responsible for end-to-end procure-to-pay and purchase-order lifecycle operations, including procurement, invoice processing, reporting, and related activities.
• Build stakeholder relationships across business functions and balance KPI reporting with customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain POLO processes, policies, procedures, and documentation in line with company requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance and process gaps, and implement mitigations and improvements.
• Support automation and AI initiatives for procurement-to-pay operations.
• Manage escalations, coordinate with audit and compliance teams, and develop direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of proven leadership experience, preferably in procure-to-pay, finance, or customer service processes.
• Experience in procurement process leadership and finance, supply chain, procurement, or business management.
• Experience leading professional teams, multitasking, and delivering results.
• Knowledge of procurement and finance technologies, stakeholder management, process compliance, and operational performance management.
