What you will do

• Improve operational workflows and support scalable, data-enabled operations within Client Tax Services.
• Establish workflow governance and standardize reporting practices and operational metrics.
• Translate operational data into actionable business insights.
• Identify efficiency opportunities, including automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Client Tax Services, CDD, and the Delivery Tribe on transformation initiatives and future tools.
• Facilitate change and support the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining management reporting and operational metrics.
• Knowledge of workflow governance and process standardization practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
