What you will do

• Provide operational and technical accounting guidance and act as an escalation point for finance issues.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Own statutory and financial statement audits and coordinate requirements with external auditors, banks, legal counsel, and government agencies.
• Drive process improvement, automation, finance transformation, and ERP enhancement initiatives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, M&A integrations, and regional finance projects.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 7 years of accounting, reporting, audit, and compliance experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance teams and managing external audits.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, or a similar ERP system.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Big Four audit firms.
• Exposure to the technology, software, or services industry.
