What you will do
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
- Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors, finance partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Support payroll compliance, statutory reporting, tax-related activities, and internal controls.
- Drive finance process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization projects.
- Partner with business leaders and regional finance teams on financial insights and strategic projects.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or equivalent.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance, and audit management.
- Experience with financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience working with ERP systems and leading process improvement, automation, or finance transformation initiatives.
